My work explores how frontier and dual-use technologies are reshaping geopolitics, governance, and global resilience. I am particularly interested in GeoAI, space-based environmental intelligence, agritech, and digital justice infrastructures, examining how technological systems influence power, security, sustainability, and access to justice in an increasingly interconnected world.
